Like the announcement from Broken Projector‘s own special little place online states, the world doesn’t need another movie podcast, but Geoff LaTulippe (Going the Distance) and I are forcing one on the unsuspecting public. Only you’re not unsuspecting anymore because we’re warning you. Which, now that I think about it, is a pretty crappy part of the surprise attack we had planned.
Our first show will hit FSR on Friday morning with Drew McWeeny taking Doom‘s side in the debate over the best Indiana Jones sequel, a review of Gangster Squad from Rob Hunter, and a vital conversation about which historical atrocity Quentin Tarantino should fictionally fix next (which we’ll need your help on). We hope you enjoy it, but if you don’t, we invite you to call your congressperson.
The point is: get ready. The link above outlines some of the things that will make our show stand out from the rabble, but we won’t be able to make the best possible podcast without you. Please help us make fun of the most ridiculous Kickstarter campaigns, discuss filmmaking with some of the best in the business, and force famous people to play some embarrassing games. Give us a chance, and we won’t mail those photos to your grandmother.
See you Friday on Broken Project, a movie podcast powered by blackmail.
