Tonight on America’s #1 nightly entertainment news column, the Bluth family changes television forever, Harvey Weinstein is a playa, Hollywood is done with sex and Damon Lindelof explains himself (or Prometheus 2). Also, Terrence Malick jokes.

  • How Netflix’s Arrested Development could change TV forever – At Badass Digest, Devin Faraci explores what may come of the new format that Arrested Development will have when it hits your Netflix queue. Is this the beginning of a new age?
  • Harvey Weinstein played press on the last day of Oscar voting – Someone in Hollywood lied to get attention for their film that could have helped give said film’s stars a bump right before Oscar voters finalized their ballots? Say it isn’t so!
  • The End of the Hollywood Sex Scene – Is Hollywood done making our nether regions tingle? This report says yes.
  • Dredd could come back as a short – It doesn’t appear as if we’ll ever get a sequel to Dredd 3D – which is said because that movie was a lot of fun — but we may see a short film in the vein of Thomas Jane’s Dirty Laundry short about The Punisher. That would be alright, I suppose.
  • Can The Wall from Game of Thrones survive science? – Wired explores the realistic nature of GoT‘s Wall. Sadly for many of us fearing attack from the north, we probably wouldn’t be able to build one between the U.S. and Canada.
  • Damon Lindelof explains the problems of Prometheus 2 – In today’s best example of opportunist-journalism, /Film’s Germain Lussier coaxed Lost producer and Prometheus writer Damon Lindelof into giving him the real story behind the stalled production of a Prometheus sequel. It’s a fascinating little tale.
  • Terrence Malick’s next to go VOD – On April 12, as Terrence Malick’s latest film To the Wonder is released in theaters, it will also be released on Video-on-Demand. That means more wonder, less wander(ing away from your couch).

Final Note: Tonight’s title was inspired by a tweet from our own Landon Palmer (@landonspeak).
